Mathieu made cooking his profession with a late conversion to his first passion. He offers a 3-course menu for the table d'hôtes (starter, main course and dessert) each time imagined according to his discoveries from local producers. Seasonal, local and if possible organic products will be on your plate. We advocate everything homemade, except for the baguette which comes from the artisan baker in the village next door.
